Update on Quality Improvement Agency Print

The Quality Improvement Agency (QIA) has been set up to spark fresh enthusiasm for innovation and excellence in the learning and skills sectors. I have been working in this Non Departmental Public Body instigating policies and procedures and setting the framework from which the agency can grow. My particular skill was in recruiting staff, implementing systems both financial and personnel and IT.

The QIA is going from strength to strength with a new round of funding in place.
